Incompetent front office staff. They can never seem to process insurance properly. Doctors are OK if you ever get to see one. Usually get a PA, who is also OK.

The Dr.'s here are all terrific. However, the office staff is terrible. They are short with their answers, uncaring, rude, unapologetic, crass and downright terrible to communicate with. I had cancelled all of my parents appointments with them and they STILL tried to bill them saying no one ever called to cancel. One employee inparticular who checks patients out has NO business dealing with the public. It's a shame because the Dr's really are awesome, especially Dr. Galetto and Dr. Attota. But I would never recommend the office because of their staff. I had to choose one star but if given the option of no stars, that's what they would get.

I was recently DENIED health care because the office manager was upset that I missed an appointment 3 YEARS ago. If i was able to explain my father was in hospice and dying from kidney cancer which took a toll on my health maybe this person would have reconsidered or maybe not. I can't believe this person! All I can say is maybe it was a blessing and do the doctors at this practice know that their decision reflects on them.

Love my doctor, she's excellent!!! If I had judge the care based on how the office looks, I would had gone some where else. Office really needs to be remodeled.

The staff is very arrogant and uncooperative. I waited 6 wks for an appointment and was called at 4:25 2 days before my appointment advising me they were cancelling my appointment because they couldn't obtain my records from my dr. They never contacted me to advise me of the problem nor did they have a signed auth to obtain this info. They also did not give me the opportunity to call my dr for my records. Given the way the office staff handles his patients I am glad I didn't see him.
