Dr. Skinner had his receptionist leave me a vague message about the tumor found on my MRI rather than calling me to explain. He later refused to give me a refill for migraine medication because I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for the near future.

Can’t say how good they are because My appointment took so long to get I forgot the date and missed it.What happen to getting a reminder Text ,email, mail or a call. They said I could never come there because I missed 1 appointment .

Both times that I called this office, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. This second time, to end the conversation, she said “mhm” and hung up the phone on me.

Completely wasted our time and refused service because it was from an auto accident even though his secretary knew why we were there. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Plus, the office looks like 1990 threw up inside. Even his diplomas are yellowed.
