The doctor who pulled out my teeth didn’t numb the area before the injection. My arm raised as a reaction of the pain.( Never happened before when I got 10 teeth pulled out). He says to me: “ if you move again, I’ll send you home”. The assistant says to me “ control yourself , you’re a grown up”. I felt really embarrassed . I apologized, and tried to explain to her I had never done that before. She suggested nitrogen, and really insisted, so I end up saying yes. I just needed my last teeth pulled so I can get my temps. ( it’s been a long process for me waiting for this last extraction due to no appointment space). Well , she puts the mask for nitrogen, my nose got clogged , so I couldnt breath, ending up breathing through my mouth. So , nitrogen didn’t work, and I had to pay an extra $131 for something that didn’t work. I truly don’t recommend this doctor( I don’t know his name but he was Asian). I told him the pain I felt in my nose when he gave me the injection , and he made a sarcastic comment about it and both him and assistant laugh about it. We deserved to be treated kindly, and with empathy . We are paying for a service. It’s easy to say” act like a grown up” if you are not feeling the pain. It was a very humiliating experience. Never had this experience before with the prior doctors.

I can't give no stars, it started Monday 1/8/24 I called for emergency appt. I was told no I had to wait until the next day and the receptionist had a nasty attitude. The next day was my appointment I was praying I would get the dentist that worked on me previously but instead I got the ignorant non caring dentist that made me feel lower that I already was feeling, not to mention I'm still in grieving mood from the lost of my mother. He tried to low key jab me for not coming back sooner, he didn't give me a chance to say a word he said all of your teeth needs extracted now it's to late for a root canal I accepted his response and ask him could he atleast could you stabilize my tooth he blankly said I'm not touching your tooth. I left out of the office crying that head dentist need to go to etiquette school
