One of the worst doctors I probably know my girlfriend went in recently to get some disability papers filled out and he kept talking over her the whole time. He didn’t even fill out the papers and she is having serious medical problems and can’t work right now. He needs to stop treating his patients like a joke! Don’t waste your time! If you see his name don’t go to him! All you will get is disappointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Cogen for about seven years. I can say that he is attentive, clear, and a no none sense kind of guy. The type of doctor that we all need! I always look forward to my visits with him.

I'VE TRIED TO CALL THIS DR PLENTY OF TIMES AND HAVE YET TO REACH STAFF. JUST TODAY I'VE CALLED FIVE TIMES AND HAVE BEEN LEFT ON HOLD UNTIL I CAN'T HOLD ANYMORE IT HAS SO FAR TOTALED AN HOUR!

Seen him one time at Ritecare for something lodged in my ear.He complained "alot" that he was very overworked and he wasn't very happy about it,luckily for me he gave me a referral and also helped me out with a blood pressure medicine refill that he didn't hassle me for.

He is the first doctor assigned to me at Stone Harbor that pinpointed my problems immediately and held me to doing my part to correct them. He used has an easy manner which I like coupled with intelligence. Sent me to an allergist as he immediately knew what my problem was. I had a pile of new allergies causing illness etc.
