Mark Sorensen's Online Review Report Card

Didn't take the time to speak with family regarding my father. Said the hospital doctor would talk to us. Showed no concern for patient or family of 91 year old with congestive heart failure.

My visit was excellent I have nothing bad to say about the care I received from Dr. Mark Sorenson but thank you I felt so blessed to have you for my doctor.

Dr Sorensen was adversarial and condescending during my visit. Didn’t need the Stress Test as he created enough stress during the preliminaries. ????

My mother was recently in emergency with difficulty breathing, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate and subsequently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. After finally speaking with Dr. Sorensen - he suggested she schedule an appointment with his nurse practitioner, that he could not see her for two months stating that was the best he could do. My mother has a pacemaker, a stint, diabetes, a carotid artery and congestive heart failure. And Dr. Sorensen can't make time to see his patient?

My mother, 85 years old, has been a patient of Dr. Sorensen for three years locating here from central Jersey. Her heart issues have been stable and sees Dr. Sorensen every 6 mos for follow-up. Recently she was in emergency with difficulty breathing, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate and subsequently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Seen in her primary physician's office (due to Dr. Sorensen being on vacation) she was scheduled for an echo with the recommendation she follow up with her cardiologist, Dr. Sorensen. After leaving three messages within 48 hours, I finally spoke with Dr. Sorensen. He suggested she schedule an appointment with his nurse practitioner and that he could not see her for two months. He stated that was the best he could do. My mother has a pacemaker, a stint, diabetes, a carotid artery and now congestive heart failure. I don't understand how you don't make time for your patient at a time like this?
