Neely Elisha's Online Review Report Card

Doc Elisha is great but her receptionist seems to always have an attitude. I get it is a busy job but don't give me an attitude if I didn't do so first.

Can't comment on Dr. Neely specifically, because my appointment that I waited 3 months for had to be rescheduled. No big deal. Then days before my rescheduled appointment they had to reschedule AGAIN. Strange, but I tried to be understanding. Well they just called AGAIN and my appointment needs to be RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Absolutely not. You have wasted enough of my time. 6 months of BS.

I went to see Dr. Neely Elisha for an emergency GYN issue and she was extremely professional and caring. She explained everything in a manner I could understand (I don’t understand all the medical terminology) and promised she’d call with the results as soon as they came in. She did mention that it may be after office hours that she’d call with the results due to her call schedule but I told her that’s fine because I just needed to know what was going on. And when she did call, I understood what she explained and she even called in a prescription for me so I could pick it up in half an hour, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her and will definitely be scheduling all future appointments with her instead of the nurse practitioners.

Dr. Elisha did a fantastic job caring for my baby and myself throughout my entire pregnancy. This was my last baby, and I had really lucked out getting her as my doctor because she not only helped me through my pregnancy by providing the baby and I top notch care, she also had done an outstanding job with my csection. This was my fourth and final baby, and she did a great job delivering my son, finishing my tubal, and closing my incision up. I was on my feet in less than a day after surgery, and fully functional by 24 hours without any complications. She respected my position with pain management and didn’t put any pressure on me one way or the other but let me pace my recovery from the surgery, while maintaining my recovery from opiates, which was very challenging but something Im proud of because I did not need a single dose of morphine or anything else because she did a great job at what she does with surgery and aftercare, and because she didn’t jam anything down my throat negligently or apathetically because she cares about her patients. I would have seen her through all my pregnancies if I knew what I know now! Absolutely would recommend her to anyone who is high risk, first time mom or last time mom, or anyone in between. The only one working there that I liked was JODI. Elisha Neely freaked me out, she made me feel weird and uncomfortable. I switched my OB because of this. I’ve had the same midwife for all of my pregnancies up until she retired and I expressed this to Neely. I just did not trust her. She would call me after office hours and ask personal NON pregnancy questions. It was way too weird for me.
