Front office staff are always courteous and professional.They always answer the phone right away The Nurses are amazing ..always pleasant and friendly and professional.. Dr Kaczaj is wonderful. She never makes me feel rushed. Always gives me the time I need to answer my questions. Getting an appointment is always easy. Always runs on time ,I never wait to be seen. Even when I send messages on the portal they always get back to me promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are all wonderful!

Possibly the best doctor I have had. She has been my family doctor for the last 15 years. Always thoughtful. If she cannot provide the specific care you need she can will direct you to a physician she recommends.

Dr. Kaczaj has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. She is very through and takes the time to listen. Wait times are less than 15 minutes.

I and my family have been customers for a very long time and we have never had any problems . The office staff always being friendly and attentive. The doctor is very competent and professional. For all your questions, you always get a response or recommendation. And if you need a refill a medication or referral you just call and staff are ready to help.

I've been going to this Dr. For many years. I love both Dr. Kacjaz and Stephanie (nurse practitioner). They both listen and I have been to many offices throughout my 48 years and am extremely happy with this practice. The office girls are professional and efficient. They all ROCK!
