List of Penn Cardiology Vineland's Reviews
I am always so impressed by Dr. Quinlan and the professionalism and care i am given here.
Everyone is usually always nice and helpful but today was not the case when I checked out. The woman (her badge name was Mercia Bergios) but she told me her name is Lexi, she was not very patient nor friendly. Actually she made me feel like I was bothering her. When I asked questions she was very curt with me and when I asked questions about my tests she acted like she didn't want to respond. I even told her that she made me feel like I was bothering her. When I went to my car I still had a question about one of the test that I had to take so I went back in and spoke with one of the lady that checked me in. This lady was very nice and helpful. She took her time explaining things to me. I appreciate the lady that checked me in, I didn't get her name but she is a true example of good customer service. The first woman that I spoke about Mercia or Lexi or whatever her name is she definitely is not an example of good customer service.
Whats wrong with billing on hold forever and trying to pay them!! Love the doc quinlan hate the phone system! Also found out today my phone number and email was not on file. You fill out the paper work and they don't even bother putting the information in your file?? The girl I talked to in a central office put it in for me. Explains why I never get reminders for appointments...I guess?
Great good experience. Knowledgeable doctors!!
Great people
Very friendly, professional on time appointments meaning you are taken in right away when you arrive for your appointment.
Didn't check my insurance to see if they accepted it. They had 2 chances to do so, I showed up for appt, filled out ALL the paperwork. They THEN checked it and didn't take it. So I wasted my morning for no reason but that the woman at reception needs training for the basics. I wouldn't go again if I could. That was so unnecessary for us all. Someone that needed the appt got turned away because of them. Woman was about 50ish years old, long black hair and thin. Wish I remembered her name, I'd give it to you guys. And maybe the office Mgr Will read this and know whom I speaking about. Still mad about this. I was trying to get clearance for surgery and thy made us move it back because of her ineptitude.
Best place to go! Really pleasants nurses, responsible, respectful persons. The Doctors are also #1.
I am a new patient here and I am so happy I was referred here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it is a very calm and friendly environment. I couldn't be more happier having Penn Medicine as my Cardiologist. The doctor who saw me. Dr. Quinlan is such a caring and kind Doctor. He is easy to talk to and he genuinely cares about you. I recommend this place if you are looking for a cardiologist. Best doctor I have been to.
let's start with my husband referred here from PCP they saw him then scheduled tests. 1st test rescheduled because they didn't get auth in time then shows up to be sent home because insurance denied it they could have done the other tests needed but instead sends him hone for another week until they reschedule again meanwhile they won't let him back to work even though they don't think it's a heart issue so now 4 weeks put of work because they can't get their stuff together & do tests needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
