As a healthcare professional, I've NEVER experience such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. The woman who answers the phone was very rude, didn't know correct information pertaining to MD or their patients, continued to hang up on me when I inquired speaking to a nurse or a medical assistant than can help me. I even called with the patient on the line, so she could witness the unprofessionalism and disrespect this woman showed, who REFUSED to give me her name when I politely asked for it several times. She needs to be placed and another position of fired all around, because when patients can not call regarding their health and their medications, its a PROBLEM. I hope no one experiences this unethical behavior from this doctor office. I will never recommend any of our clients in this area to them ever again. Oh and another thing! I could tell the woman representative of this establishment works from home because I heard her TV in the background the entire time. RUDE, POOR COMMUNICATION & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Dr. is great but the receptionist never wants to help you. She is downright rude. If you need something from your doc. you should be able to reach out. It has been 4 weeks of asking for the same thing and she is always too busy.

Dr Rastogi is an excellent doctor, i am his patient for over 20 years, he takes his time to thoroughly take care of me, he never rushes anyone out. The staff is very helpful. i highly recommend him.

Dr Rostogi is great! Always takes the time and never rushes me out the door. Because of this there is sometimes a wait to see him. However , He is worth the wait in my opinion!

Dr. Rastolgi was very thorough and patiently explained everything to me about my illness, diagnosis, and treatment. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait time was very short. I was very pleased and would recommend. His new treatment plan is on point and working for me. .He continues to monitor my progress with phone calls to me.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr Rastogi, he took his time to listen to my health issues, i highly recommend him. The staff was very professional, organized and helpful.

Waited for almost 2 hours in small smelly waiting room. Once I saw the Dr the whole time all he did was talk into this recorder. Wouldn't write a script because he said he didn't know what insurance company would cover .Gave a 7 day sample, went to use the sample and it expired 7 months prior . Called office and cancelled my next appointment and told them why . STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible! I recieved my labs results online and i have been calling to find out what to do in regards of my results. It has been more than a month and he has never called me to let me know. I have called them for the past 2 weeks and he has never returned my calls! Terrible!
