Dr. Hammod is very generous, caring, funny, and understanding. I seen him for a visit and instead of just giving me medication he wanted to do a Endo to see the cause 1st, he walked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Even called the next day to go over everything again and address it. Very nice caring Dr!

Dr. Hammod is an extremely kind and caring physician. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't rush you through an examination. His staff doesn't over-book the appointments, so the office wait-time is minimal. I have seen Dr. Hammod a number of times for different issues and have never been disappointed in his care. I continue to refer my friends and family to him. Everyone I have ever referred to him feels the same way about their experiences.

My husband had been going to another gastroenterologist, but was still having problems so friends recommended Dr. Hammod. The Dr. review my husband's past tests. He NEVER examined or suggested any other reasons for the severe gas my husband has. All he gave him was XANAX! No special diet, no x-rays no other investigating into where this gas is coming from. BTW he already had his GB removed. It was a waste of a co-pay!

Can't speak about the doctor because I never met him. Waited 4 mos for an appointment only to be told I couldn't come in because I had traveled recently. Asked for telehealth; told that was fine. Waited 90 minutes for the office to call to get the appointment going; call never came. Called the office to find out what happened and was told the doctor wouldn't do telehealth for a new patient (it was only a consult for a baseline colonoscopy; no examine, etc) I'm SURE he could've asked me all relevant questions over phone. The problem is the office NEVER called me to advise me the doctor wouldn't do telehealth or to even reschedule the appointment. They simply "forgot". My time is JUST as valuable as the doctor's. I also don't appreciate having to waste my time actually sitting in a doctor's office when I'm healthy and simply need the procedure because I turned 50. And let's not forget we're in the middle of a pandemic. Will be looking for another doctor to perform the procedure.

It may take a bit of time to get an appointment, but my family has used Dr Hammod for years and he is worth the wait. He is very compassionate and explains everything thoroughly. I have 100% confidence in him.
