DO NOT RECOMMEND after breaking several ribs, collar bone, fractured scapula and severe back injuries from a serious car accident w/severe pain. He said he would give me something for the pain and did not . He was very arrogant unprofessional m aman
Don’t go this man stole my X-ray that would have got the Dr in trouble. He like to play games and he’s assistant thinks she runs the show telling you what to do and wen. Take my advice run..
Hi stole my x-ray and he likes to play games. And the receptionist thinks she runs the show and tills everyone what to do. If you go to Robert Chapdelaine you'll be sorry ya did.
Dr. Chapdelaine did not see me once over three months of treatment. His prescription of medications was reckless and he did not like being contacted about his own treatment plan. He abruptly discharged me before allowing me to see any a single specialist he had requested and left me with dangerous opioid withdrawal. He is incompetent and reckless, stay away!
Dr. Robert. Chapdelaine and other doctors and nurses & staff are extremely very nice & very good at what they do, Thanks to all of you- stay safe.
Failed to manage my pain, offered ibuprofen 3 separate over the phone visits. I'm a former marine diagnosed through the veterans administration with multi-level degenerative disc and arthritis of the back. After taking a year long break from the pain medication I attempted to try again with Dr. Chapdelaine. He would use words like, "I will take care of you as long as we with nothing wrong with your urinalysis." After a clean urine, I had 3 over the phone visits during our current "covid" situation. Every phone call I had with him was short. I wouldn't waste my time, why would I waste a Doctor's time. With every passing day, I alerted their offices of my pain. The doctor never prescribed any thing for the excruciating pain I deal with on a daily basis. Being a former Marine, I'm in no way shape or form soft, but this doctor continuously failed to alleviate my pain. What type of pain management doctor does that to a person let alone some one who gave their time for their country.
Great doctor! Very professional and polite
I went for my first visit the other day & it was also my last. I walked out on him after only talking to him for 5 minutes. I have a lot of health problems that cause me to be in a lot of pain. I can’t do anything anymore this is why I decided to see a pain management dr. I also have a fear of drs & get bad anxiety when going to see one so this was hard for me to do but I did it & regret it. The first thing he did was question me about my teeth before even asking me about the pain I was in which is why I was there. If I wanted to talk about my teeth I would have went to a dentist. Yes I have bad teeth which is hereditary in my family but because of my fear & anxiety I haven’t been to one but that’s none of his business & he embarrassed me in front of the tech that was in the room going on & in about my teeth. Then he listened to my chest, my reflexes then my throat. After that he asked what I do for work & I said I don’t work. He asked why & I said because of the pain I’m in I can’t do anything anymore (which again is why I was there). He totally blew me off saying oh sure you can do anything & I said no I can’t my back is really bad. But he kept saying yea you can do anything. I wasn’t going to sit there & argue whether I could or couldn’t do things. He should have said ok let’s get some tests & mri’s done to see what’s going on & he should have been more caring knowing that I do have lupus among other things that cause me a lot of pain. I was hysterical crying because of how he treated me. He saw me as young & assumed because I was young I wasn’t having the pain I was saying I was having. I’ve been steadily getting worse since it started when I was 30yrs. old. Just because I’m very young compared to most of his patients shouldn’t mean I’m not in real pain. He was horrible & made my anxiety & fear of drs even worse than what it was before. With all the people that have written bad reviews in multiple sights I can’t believe he is still in business.
Dr. Chapdelaine is pure genius! Always get to see him during my visits and answers all my questions.
Never been to a more unprofessional medical establishment in all of my 53 years.First warning should have been people in agony STANDING around in the waiting room because it was too small and they were obviously overbooked. They evidently lost the medical release forms I signed on my first visit, because I had to sign new ones on my second visit. Now they won't prescribe my meds because they don't have my records yet. My family Dr handled this for the last 15 years and suddenly he isn't capable??

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
