Sanjay Kasturi's Online Review Report Card

I waited two weeks for an appointment in Linwood, but the day before my appointment I received a call telling me I had to drive to Vineland to see the Doctor and if I did not want to drive to Vineland I had to wait several weeks for another appointment. I was told the Doctor made a last minute decision to only see patients in Vineland.

He told the patient he does not treat women. Gave my mother his "personal" cell #, when she called it, it was disconnected. My mother was bleeding from a UTI, he would not return her call. She was hospitalized. A month after she was released, the office called her saying she had a UTI a lot too late.

Very skilled, time efficient professional

Felt rushed when I told him about the terrible phone service that took an hour to schedule he seemed to brush it off and gave me a card to call him second time scheduling same thing nobody answer phone for hours so i called card he gave and he seemed to not want to hear my problem also office time with him was rushed my former Dr. Federucci was day and night better I also see online he has several locations and five years doesn't sound good for getting quality time

Had been going to the Pagnani ,Braga, group for many years, so when they went under I searched for a new. Doctor. Dr. Kasturi with NJU impressed me with his manor and credentials.

First I want to say that I cannot believe the negative comments on this post! I consider Dr. Kasturi one of the finest doctors I have ever seen. I had a REZUM procedure done...it could not have been a better experience! He spends as much time as possible to answer questions. In addition he is not only caring but VERY careful in treating urology problems. Being cautious is an understatement. I have recommended seeing Dr. Kasturi to one of my friends and has the same views that I have. I recommend him VERY highly!!!

I would not want to see any other dr !!! He helped me , Thank u dr . Kasturi.

Dr Kastori performed an emergency surgery on my mother today.. it was a complicated surgery and we were both very concerned. Dr Kastori was very kind and explained the procedure and made sure we understood how it would go and what would happen if there were complications. My Mom’s surgery went really well and she was feeling wonderful and no pain. Thank you so much Dr Kastori!

Dr K did not hear what I had to explain, he was in a hurry to leave the room. I wanted to do a procedure to me without explaining exactly what my problem was. I went back to see him so he could explain me and it turned out that he did not know if the procedure was going to fix the problem that I had and since he did not know what to do, he sent me to another urogology for a second opinion, incredible. I thought he was a specialist but i guess not.

He has better things to do and makes it very obvious. He doesn’t even pretend to listen. He also will suggest performing procedures that he already performed 2 weeks prior, but forgot. It’s almost as if he doesn’t look at the patient’s chart prior to seeing the patient. He will also push you to take expensive medications. I understand you want to make your drug reps happy so they keep bringing you that delicious lunch. I’m sure you also love that pocket change you receive for prescribing certain medications. But I am not taking a medication that contains an MAOI and costs $400. I understand many people frequent your practice, but the very least you could do is read my chart and spend more than 60 seconds in the room. Please improve for the sake of your future patients; you definitely lost me.
