I tried calling the number on the website and got a recording that the number is not in service!!!! Called the toll free number and was on hold for 18:05 minutes! Unacceptable. When I finally spoke to a person I was told I could get an appointment for SIX MONTHS FROM TODAY. No thanks. Deuces!

Excellent Doctor. Yes the process is long. but he checks all the boxes. I highly recommend Dr. Soloway, you won't be disappointed in his staff and his excellent service.

I visit the infusion rheum and for the most part always have a decent and friendly staff. When I go in office I see doctor Arkabower. He actually took the time to listen to me so that we could get down to the bottom of what was wrong. Finally after 20 years I have some answers and some pain-free days.

Infusion center staff is Always: caring, friendly, professional and prompt. I love the choice of having a private room or sitting in a more open space. Oh and if you need snacks, they’ve got you covered. 😊

Absolutely loved Dr Soloway!!! He was thorough and took his time with me. He listened to me and my concerns. His staff was very professional and nice.

Dr. Arkebauer is fabulous. He takes the time to listen to my questions and addresses my concerns. He is great about explaining anything I don't understand. As I've had to go on all sorts of heart medications in the past 3 years, he's on top of checking my medications before suggesting anything. He listens to the concerns my other Doctors that I report to him and he discusses with me, how those concern do or do not affect his part in my health care. Most of the time, he had already checked for those concerns anyway. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Arkebauer. I Highly recommend him.

An absolute mess. This man and his office believe he is a sky daddy. Un-organized, incompetent and certainly no reason waste my time.

Just had my first appointment with Dr Soloway. I really don't understand all these reviews talking about his arrogance. The Dr I met was very kind, informative, educated, and caring. I was there for about 3.5 hours with all my testing, so that's not bad at all. The staff treated us like I've been a patient for years. They were so sweet and kind to us. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommend this office if you've had enough of other Drs playing guessing games with your health and life.

This is the BEST medical facility ever. I would be willing to travel hours to get here if I had to and I would wait for hours to be seen by Dr. Soloway. His staff and facility are the BEST around and definitely worth any travel and waiting time. I am reading his book now and it is awesome. A must read by all.
