If I could give 0 stars of a review for this office and their customer service I would. I've never been so polite and been given such attitude. Truly the rudest people I've ever spoken to. Go to a different doctor's office if you want quality care. They should really hire new staff or just not be a public office. I've been treated better by automated voice systems.

Terrible bed side manner, told me what I have been living with for the past 10 years is all in my head. Never had him as a doctor, only seen him for 10 minutes in the hospital for a consult. Would not trust him to even touch me as a patient.

Dr. Gupta was very professional , he spent over an hour with me, answering all my questions. I would recommend 100% Dr. Gupta.

The receptionist Missy, is very unprofessional and unhappy with her job. I don’t know why she’s still employed there, with all the complaints and poor reviews. To make matters worse she makes FT appointments but never calls. When I called to find out why and to reschedule she barks that multiple calls were made and that no one answered. She recites the number dialed and it’s the correct number. I check my phone log n there are no calls from Gupta’s office. So she’s both unprofessional and dishonest.

Receptionist is very ignorant and nasty when I mentioned Medicaid as my insurance and also another insurance she didn’t want to put me in because I had Medicaid and also another insurance that I pay for she was VERY RUDE

I had my new patient appt in August and Dr. Gupta ordered blood work. I got a call from his staff saying he wanted to have a FaceTime call with me. Never said it would be considered a telehealth appt or that they were charging my insurance. I got a bill for my $50 copay and called to question it and was told it was a telehealth appt. I talked to the office manager who was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I explained I had a 5 mins call probably less with the doctor and how could they charge me for an office visit. The manager couldn’t explain herself. I canceled my next appt. I will find a new better neurologist. I do not recommend this office. The doctor commits insurance fraud and the staff is horrible. They don’t acknowledge you and they talk down to you. Do not go to this doctor.
