Charles L Dietzek Do's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dietzek is a beyond wonderful physician, who certainly is well-versed in his field of veins and the vascular system. Besides being excellent at his craft, Dr. Dietzrk is personable as well and takes the time to address my questions or concerns. His office staff always shows professionalism and I am always greeted with a smile. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Dietzek to anyone that may be experiencing a vein or vascular issue.

Unfortunately, the place is all about money. I was late to my first ultrasound due to a traffic accident on route 295 on a Friday afternoon. The no-show (late) fee was waived. My second appointment was made. The Sunday prior to the Tuesday appointment, I received a text confirming my time for 3:45. I had thought it was for 3, but since the text from them said 3:45, that's when I went. Well, the text apparently pertained to the appointment to review the results and not the testing time, so, this was considered a no-show. Hence, a significant late fee. The staff treated me very coldly. Not friendly, not understanding in any way, shape or form. I called and tried to explain that I came when they told me to, to no avail. Rather, the staff simply wanted to explain to me what I signed. I know what I signed. I will never return to this place. Wish I could give them less than one star.

My mother was treated with a complete lack of respect by this doctor. Only gave 1 star because I was unable to post this with 0.

I have never been so offended by a doctor. If I could leave negative stars I would. Judging by his dismissive demeaner, I am 100% certain that if I were a man standing there with the exact same complaint he'd have been interested in finding the cause & discussing a solution & not telling me that as we age our veins shift - this is not a vanity issue or an aging issue or he'd have seen it at some other time in his 36 year career which he advised me he had not. Ever. Presented with my ongoing issue of a facial vein/artery which is intermittently bulging painfully in about a dime sized space w/ NO appearance of an actual vein & despite the demonstration he had me do while he watched w/ a bored appearance, he flicked off my concerns & pain without any real discussion of diagnosis, cause or treatment options - he'd "leave it alone". At which time he made his way to the door where he stood w/ his hand on the knob trying to leave while I continued to try to speak to him.
