Dr J.Kwak has been taking care of my family (4 people) for the last 10 years when I moved in USA from Italy . He has a great human feeling (key talent to trust a Doctor ) and he is very analytical in prescribing exams and coming to the right diagnosis. The staff is always available and very kind.

Dr Kwak was my pediatrician 16-18 years ago!! I will NEVER forget after a horrific Motor Vehicle accident that had me unconscious, emergency surgery, multiple fractures and sent home to recover in a hospital bed for months and he did a home visit to lift my spirits and check in on me!! He also followed up with every hospital specialist to help with my prognosis! As an adult I saw he had his own practice covered by my insurance and that was fortunate because I had just received a COVID-19 diagnosis and every provider except Dr Kwak refused to see/ treat me. He has provided exceptional care for me throughout my life now and I’m forever grateful.

Dr. Kwak has been my physician for the last 5 years or more he is dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate. When I found out I had breast cancer and was having anxiety attacks once I went in to talk to him I felt a lot better when I left his office. One time I thought I had the flu went in his office on a Thursday afternoon and he called me the following day at 10:45pm to let me know the covid test he took from me on Thursday came back and it was positive I was so surprise that he took his personal time to call me . Dr. Kwak and him staff go above and beyond to cater to my medical need. I am so blessed to have found him when I was looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Kwak has been our GP for the past 15+ years. He is always accessible - especially now with Telemed - through and knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is rarely found with doctors today. I had so much confidence in Dr. Kwak that I switched my parents to his practice from their former GP who was never available. My brother and his wife also made Dr. Kwak their GP for the same reason. Highly recommend!!
