Out of the blue, I was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis in my right arm, which I found out was extremely rare for an otherwise healthy person in her mid-40s. After an ER visit and several appointments with other doctors, I wasn't getting any answers regarding the cause of my blood clot or a clear plan for how to treat it and prevent it from happening again. When I first met Dr. Lombardi for a consult, he immediately said that I most likely had Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. He assured me that he would be able to take care of it and that I absolutely would be okay. Until I met Dr. Lombardi, the whole process had been extremely stressful and scary for me, but his calm demeanor, and his confidence in his ability to help me, put my fears at ease. He first performed a venogram which confirmed his diagnosis, and then two days later Dr. Lombardi performed a rib resection and a balloon angioplasty to repair the damaged veins. I am now able to put this chapter of my life behind me!

Dr Lombardi performed an EVAR procedure on me to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm. He spent plenty of time explaining the procedure and options ahead of time, and always made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. Great staff, too!

Dr Lombardi is the best! We knew we chose the right doctor right from the start. A very knowledgeable Vascular Surgeon who takes the time to explain the procedure to be done, & to answer all your questions. He allayed all our fears, & we felt confident because HE was confident. He assured us of successful aneurysm repairs & that everything would be fine.......and it was! Dr Lombardi is extremely skilled, personable, very caring, & we would not go to anyone else! Thank you Dr Lombardi.....you are AWESOME!

The man is a magician, before my procedure I couldn’t walk and in a lot of pain. 24 hours after I was walking and had zero pain.. I would recommend Dr Lombardi to absolutely anyone who asked!!

8/27/20 will be a year since my Father passed away. Dr. Lombardi repaired my Father's abdominal aortic aneursym. He seemed to be very confident that my Father would never have to worry about it again. After several weeks in a rehab facility and numerous setbacks due to back pain, on the day that my Father was supposed to go home he was told by Dr. Lombardi that he was dying and there was nothing further he could do. My Father had severe back pain, cough and a slight fever and had developed an infection post surgery. He even had a 5 minute post surgical visit with Dr. Lombardi. How could no one pick up on this? I believe if Dr. Lombardi had stayed more involved in his care post surgery that maybe this could have been prevented. The surgeons know what to look for but I feel like Dr. Lombardi as well as the rehab facility dropped the ball here and now we are left with this empty feeling.

Great physician. Very knowledgeable and explains medical terminology in a manner that the average person can understand. My family is so grateful that Dr. Lombardi was able to operate on my Mom and saved her life! We strongly recommend Dr. Lombardi for anyone that has aortic aneurysm complications.
