Randy Zeid's Online Review Report Card

We loved Dr. Zeid after having a bad experience with Claire Medical. Dr. Zeid is specialized in geriatric medicine, whereas, Claire uses Nurse Practitioners… that’s fine, but they never returned one phone call. He was very professional, asked significant questions, and ordered tests for my mom that she never had before and probably needed. Tracy, the office manager (and I believe his wife) is literally THE NICEST person I’ve ever dealt with in healthcare and maybe not only in healthcare. We’ve only seen him once, but it was enough to make me leave a review, which I hardly ever do.

I don’t ever expect much when going to an Urgent Care but there are some things that I feel should always be a part of a doctors visit. My recent visit to Patient First where I saw Dr. Zeid, left me feeling more aggravated than when I went in. I waited so long in the room that the automated lights went out. Once the doctor did come in he showed no level of connection. Proceeded to look in my ear and said “it could be water behind the eardrum”. Turned around to begin his digital paperwork on the computer. I know that many people are completely satisfied with going to an urgent care and leaving with an antibiotic to soothe their pain. I would also like to remind doctors that there are still people out there who aren’t satisfied with being brushed off with a script. It would have been nice to have heard some explanation and reasoning behind Dr. Zeus’s thoughts. I should have learned my lesson from the past. I’m not a fan of Urgent Cares and this last visit with Dr Zeid just confirmed that

Not happy with the care I received at patient first with Dr Randy Zeid . Did not take the time with me.Did not like his bedside manor at all. Did not really listen to what I had to say about how I was feeling.

The doctor refused to see me when I was incapacitated and had an infection. He saw me ince and after refusing my SSI claim, couldn’t face me, so he left me with an infection. I had to search high and low for a real doctor to come out to help me.

I know Dr. Zeid. He was one of the most kind, caring, and professional physicians I have ever known. He always took the time to listen to your problems, no matter how many you presented to him. His medical knowledge was vast, and if you needed specialty care, he always pointed me in the right direction. I don't know who these people who reviewed him poorly are. They probably never actually saw him. I wish he was still practicing in Browns Mills. I miss him.

This is the worst physician office that I ever went to. It was convenient to my home location so I decided to try switch my family's care to this office instead. What a mistake that was. The staff is rude and ignores you. The LPN or RNs in the office are indifferent and make you feel uncomfortable. The medical attention from Dr. Zeid and Dr Willoughby (and Dr Shaprio who left suddenly) was horrible. Switched to another physician office after about 3 visits at the Browns Mills office. Now I read that Dr. Zeid has been suspended for distributing pain medication in Camden. Although Virtua has suspended Dr. Zeid it's apparent that Virtua management does not listen to patient complaints. I was appalled at the "service" my family and I received that this office. I would not take my dog to any of the doctors at that office.

If you have the ability to go elsewhere DO SO!!! To begin, the office staff is exactly what you would expect from...They're all trailer trash, and proud to be the first in their family to get their GED and go onto a trade school for less than two years to become a LPN. Seriously, it is the most unprofessional office staff to work at a medical practice. As far as the doctors on staff, avoid Dr. Randy Zeid at all costs (or else it's gonna cost you in the end). I can not comment on any of the other doctors at this office, but Dr. Zeid is the most un-personable doctor ever. He makes you feel uncomfortable, you have to probe him to actually check on your issue to the point where you do not actually want to discuss your health related issues with him.
