I have seen Dr. Phakey on two occasions, both of which required prompt attention by a doctor. On both occasions he saw me promptly, and I was very impressed with him. He explained everything very clearly about my conditions, my treatment, and my options. He was also very patient and I never felt rushed. It was a plus that he is very likeable and warm. I would highly recommend him.

I love my doctor, he is always so nice and happy when I get good blood work results. I have been with him for 5 years now and always impressed with him. If you need a family doctor, Dr. Phakey is highly recommended by my family.

Does not return phone calls, lab work request was incomplete several times, renew wrong prescriptions, several times. Lack of detail. All applies for myself, my husband (who has cancer, no room for error) and my daughter. Renew scrip got so bad had to go to office to get results.
