Alicia Wollermann's Online Review Report Card

After waiting over an hour in the waiting area I was finally taken into the exam room and waited another 45 minutes. Dr Weeks came in very abruptly and rushed. She did nothing but criticize and bad mouth the doctors who took care of me during my hospital stay 2 weeks prior to my visit with her. She was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed any time I asked a question about a very serious chronic condition. She never recieved my hospital labs even though I called twice to make sure she had access and i was informed she did. Her name fits her well, she is a very WEEK excuse for a doctor!

Have been a patient of Alicia for about four years and always look forward to her help in a very professional and personable way.

Prescribed Cymbalta. 30 mg. didn’t work. Tried to call and call to get a higher dose. Never was able to get in touch. I had to get one of my other doctors to change the dose to 60mg. That didn’t work either. Seeing another Rheumatologist right now. I hope I get better results.

I was very disappointed in the treatment I received. I was rushed through apt. I waited in an empty waiting room. Front office receptionist was eating lunch at the front desk. Dr Alicia Weeks Md told my to hurry up when I told her I had a few questions written down. Every time I spoke to answer her question she rudely cut me off. Her hand was on the door knob while me and my grand daughter still asking. Also she asked me if I wanted a cortisone shot in my hip with out even examining it. I would not recommend her to anyone, very rude and not compassionate. I will be searching for another specialist. That can take their time and not rush me. I left more confused then when I walked in.

My wife's first treatment of her did not do anything at all to her painful left knee joint. In fact it gotten worst. We were also surprised that Weeks did not even took an xray or mri on the left knee to see whats going on inside of it. she just proceeded with an injection and it must be cortizone. the amount of injection and the proper placement of it was not correct and did not help at all so it was a waste of time and money and co-pay. My husband had an experience with another specialist(who happened to be in south jersey magazine top doctors list) and he was very very happy with the result. after 5 yrs his shoulder is still as good as new. the other thing with alicia weeks practice that is as bad is the front office, i was scheduled for my 2nd treatment and this stupid front clerk wrote in my appt card, 12/14 830 AM. and lo and behold, my husband who took a day off to drive me there found out that the computer schedule was really 12/16 co weeks is not in the office on mondays. Me and my husband schedules for 12/14 were both screwed by the clerk who made the mistake and they were asking us to wait for another hr so another dr can see my wife. that will actually mean 2 hrs wait in our experience.doctors will never see at the appt time they gave, they will always be 1 hr late. we will not recommend this Alicia Weeks at all to anybody because this could happen to you.a 5th rate doctor who is supported by people who dont care about peoples schedules. they will be quick to re-schedule you again after u took a day off.

She found out that all my pain and fatigue was due to severe RA. She makes sure I am comfortable with meds and keeps me going. I have been to another Rheumatologist before but never kept me feeling as good as Dr weeks has. She wants me to feel as good as I can unlike that other Dr who it was like pulling teeth to get pain relief. She is so very caring and concerned for my overall health. I love my Dr weeks!

I went to her bc of my back was bothering me and other parts of my body and couldn't figure out why until she did some tests and found out that I have fibromyalgia syndrome and then I thought wow now that you have finally found out about it that I am in good hands and can trust her bc she knew exactly how to treat me so if I were to recommend her I would definitely say yes bc she is very good at what she does!!

My prior rheumatologist had retired so I was assigned Dr Weeks from the same practice. I was skeptical at first because she seemed young, but she has proven herself to be experienced and knowledgeable. She sees you quickly, no waiting forever in the exam room...and she gets right to the point. I highly recommend.

Direct to the point, no nonsense kind of doctor, knows her stuff, highly recommended
