Always polite ans very professional.
Great people and great facility. My kid had a fractured arm and they made getting a cast a Pleasant Experience!!
I've called 10 times and no one will picks up! I desperately need an appointment for my 2 year old. This is so frustrating!
Have to agree with a couple of the other reviewers here. While I will say that the practitioners we have worked with, and I feel like we've been to almost every department, are kind and extremely knowledgeable, overall, CHOP is a money making business. Practitioners will often recommend that we get a test directly through chop when I later found out that cheaper and less invasive versions are offered through outside companies. I got a letter through myCHOP saying that chop is in network and if for some reason Insurance tells us not to contact them. When I did contact billing they told me that they could not help me and all they they did was threaten to send me to collections if I did not pay. I asked if there's any department that can help me navigate insurance, they said no. When I reached out directly to a practitioner begging for help, they told me they cannot help and that a financial counselor will be in contact. That was four months ago. Whenever I try and call a financial counselor directly, either I can't get through or no one returns my call. The staff here needs to be trained on microaggressions and diversity. A nurse asked me where I was from, and I told her the nearby town. She doubled down and said, "no, where are you originally from? I'm only asking because of your accent." I was born and have lived my entire life in either PA or Jersey. I speak fluent English; it's my native language, and I'm an English teacher. The only reason I can think she was asking is because of my family's ethnicity and our names. I highly recommend going to Nemours. Their Jersey satellite campuses are significantly cleaner and more modern. It's easier and faster to get an appointment, and they actually reach out to pediatricians directly for referrals leaving the parent to focus on their child's health.
Hi! My daughter is finishing up her PT here. I would like to suggest tht your PTs take families into a private room after sessions to discuss patient progress with parents. I do believe they’re not supposed to be having discussions abt patient medical conditions and progress right out in the open. My daughter is always the last appointment. So it doesn’t affect me. But I can literally tell you everything abt the people who leave before us. The young lady who just finished PT, for example, needs more work at the gym. Her knee isn’t bending and there are some concerns abt her hamstring and her quad. Apparently, the family isn’t maximizing her gym time. Not doing exercises correctly. Her quad was tight and, because she was in pain at her last appointment (after her squats) they had to take it easy. See? I could share more, but I’ll stop. Totally not appropriate. You need an in-service on patient confidentiality.
2 month old son needed a brain ultrasound to rule out hydrocephalus. Facility was very clean. Office staff were knowledgeable and professional. Nurse was patient and super gentle with my squirming baby. The scan took a while and I'm grateful that they did extra images to make sure they were thorough (no one wants to make their kids go through multiple tests needlessly). Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a hospital/doctors office.
Horrible! Can't get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. Left on hold for over 20 mins to be told to hang on and wait for another 20 mins.
CHOP and the doctors there are money hungry. They “require” you to come in for follow up visits and then charge you thousands of dollars for an office visit. We were there for all of 5 minutes for him to tell us 4 more weeks in a cast and now they want us to pay thousands for this. Save your money and find a local doctor who does not overcharge patients in every way.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Save yourself and go to another place that actually cares about its pediatric patients instead of money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
