Had appt. on jan23 to remove stiches from mohs. Dr. said had slight infection recommended a course of azithromycin 5 pills 4 days. went to cvs was told it was a liquid. i had recall DR saying it was a pill, unable to contact office was told would get back in two or three days. Drove back to office to find out what was correct, was told it was a mistake. Their should be a way to clear this from happening instead of waiting 3 days.

I was helped by Dr. Mark and he did a great job. He was very pleasant and professional. Did an amazing job of stitching. I was extremely pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend him. I am very handsome but I might even be more handsome.??

Went there to have a cyst removed from under my arm. The stitching was done poorly. She seemed rushed and impatient! Then upon my return for stitch removal she did a half behind job removing them. I noticed there were still stitches STILL IN MY SKIN and returned within an hour. I requested another doctor correct this mess. He needed to numb me up to finish. The stitch was about 2 inches long. What if I had not discovered the left over stitch? Hate to think about that circumstance.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! Had to have a cyst removed from under my arm. After I went for the suture removal I discovered a very long suture STILL in my skin. Returned that day and saw another physician. The suture he pulled out was about 2 inches long!! She was impatient and rude.

Usually I just see one of the practitioners for a yearly check up. A few months ago I had a really bad reaction to a surgery I had. When I called to get an emergency appointment (I was basically scratching my leg raw) they told me I couldn't get in until a month later. Well OBVIOUSLY a month later I would have been healed. I hated that they did not treat me as a priority after I've been going there for so long and had an emergency.

Appointments are on time or early, the staff is great, and Dr Papa takes the time to ensure everthing is done right. She is without a doubt the best facial surgeon in the region.
