This place continues to get worst in customer service. They call you in but then you wait for hours on to see the doctor. Totally insensitive and callous people run this place.

Called to try and make a new patient appointment after explaining my problem, however the wait would be have been too long so I was referred to a different office of theirs. After playing phone tag what I needed to one in for to begin with can’t be helped at this facility. But instead of saying that in the beginning after explaining my problem to two different people, they decided to waste my time

What ever happen to taking care of the patient and not worrying about how late they were for their appointment!! The manager April told us that since you are past the 15 minute mark that they could not see you! Unbelievable since nobody was in the waiting room waiting to be seen!! I was so upset and angry to have been treated this way!! I am sure they have no problem making the patient wait for an hour before being seen! What a joke this place is!! What ever happened to patient coming first!

Patient beware!!! They will bill you however they like and force you to pay. If you decide to go during a preventive visit don’t answer any questions they ask, it will be held against you.

Been going to rehab for the last 6 months (due to the severity of my injuries) from head on collision in Jan 2018.....staff has been very understanding / very knowledgeable / being prepared....Thank you PT rehab for your professionalism and expertise...
