Very nice and explained everything in terms I would understand
My 1 year old recently had a procedure, he was scheduled at 10:30am, they did not begin his procedure until 3:30PM. We were in a room waiting that whole time, my baby hadn’t eaten anything since the day before so he was very cranky waiting and waiting on an empty stomach. I guess the doctor was very behind schedule. Besides waiting so long, we had a good experience, everyone was so nice and helpful, Dr. Packer was also great, as soon as procedure was done, he came out and spoke to me, gave me care instructions and answered all of my questions. Location was also very clean and organized.
Me Encanto la atención
Dr packer was very thorough, polite, and experienced; my 9 mo was very comfortable with him!
Dr. packer was great. Very informative about everything that was going on.
Staff were so nice and the doctor was very sweet and professional. Explained the whole process of the surgery and I felt very safe knowing my son was in good hands.
Dr. Packer was amazing through everything at St.Chris from the appointments to the surgery! My son healed so well. Dr. Packer is super nice along with the staff. The always remember my son Levi by his head of curly hair lol. Thank you all.
I made an appointment over a month ago for my 14 year old son who was having pain. He had an ultrasound that did not detect a hernia but his PCP suggested to follow up with a urologist since he was still having pain and had hernia repair surgery when he was an infant. I received a call 4 days before his appointment trying to cancel my appointment and telling me to schedule an appointment with a surgeon for his hernia repair. When I told them they did not see a hernia on the ultrasound they ok. Then a 1/2 hour later the same woman called back and said that the doctor saw the ultrasound (which is probably BS, 30 minutes prior they didn't even know that he had an ultrasound) and that to check with his primary to see what type of doctor to see, that they wouldn't treat him. I explained that his primary did refer me to them and all they could say is that the doctor would not see him. Totally unprofessional. Now after waiting 4 weeks we have to start a search over.

Dr. Packer helped our family through a very rough time, squeezing my son in for a same day visit and getting him on an improved treatment regimen which saved us from spending another 12 hours overnight in the ER. He and his nurse practitioners are gems. Thank you, thank you ❤️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
