Worst Dr.’s office I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, disrespectful and they truly don’t care. I mean come on, you work at a pain management facility, at least fake it! I’ve had my MRI results stating I need a C spine injection since May and I had to completely change practices and start all over again in July because of how awful they are. Still haven’t gotten the shot…..Do yourself a favor and start somewhere else, it will be worth it.

That know what they are doing professionally this is the office you want to go too. Dr’s and staff are very attentive, caring & reliable when you need any questions or problems to resolve bing insurance or your Health. At any time thy will be there if not they will get back to you ASAP.

Everyone that I've dealt with at the office or on the phone has been great. Dr. Josephson is wonderful and very understanding and does everything to help you deal with whatever issues you may be having. Chelsea is also great and very understanding. I feel that I am in good hands.

Dr. Sackstine is one of the best professionals I have ever been to. He is polite, friendly and humorous ..so is the staff. Kat is my fav of the staff. I've always believed if you go in open minded anywhere the outcome is satisfactory. If you go in somewhere with an attitude expect one in return. This place I will recommend to anyone. DONT GO HERE. Any other medical practice will be better than this one. If this were the last pain management clinic anywhere, I’d rather suffer in pain than ever deal with their insufferable staff. I’ve now had countess negative experiences at this office and the only thing they care about is not having bad online reviews. Hey corporate office: I know you are reading this. No matter how many times you have someone call me or what you promise to fix in exchange for me removing this review, it’s not going to happen. Your business practices are so poor that patients may not be safe under your care and the public needs to be made aware.
