After waiting over an hour to see her during my initial visit she never even gave me an exam. Literally never moved from her chair. Unfortunately, I scheduled a follow-up with her, and experienced much of the same. She was already in the exam room sitting when the assistant placed me in the room. She never came out from behind her laptop or stood once. Again, I never even made it to the exam table!! Unacceptable. Not sure what insurance paid her for or what my copay covered. Complete waste of time. Extremely lazy.

I'm very unsatisfied with The attention & commitment to my care. My pain & symptoms were not taken into consideration when making decisions oon how to proceed After finding my bloodwork shows MCTD. I was told I didn't fit the" criteria' for treatment due to not having lung pressure or heart problems although I have so many other symptoms that support it. Because of this I'm unable to receive treatment to help. Only to find she'll no longer take my insurance. A year wasted suffering in pain!

After being treated by my rheumatologist for over 20 years, he decided to retire, so I needed to find a new doctor. I made an appointment to be seen by Dr. Neha Patel. She gave me an exam and thoroughly went over my past medical history. She also reviewed my medical reports that were sent by my previous rheumatologist. She spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. She is very kind, listens, and answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend her.
