What a do nothing! Just wait he tells my daughter, it'll get better.....wrong! What a waste of time! It was like he was afraid to do anything but look in her ear. Sad.

I have been to the doctor a few times, staff now too friendly. I did not like having to fill out a whole new application to see him, and the driver's license is a pain as well. I only go to this doctor due to convenience for ear cleaning. I have Medicare and I think he overcharged for the two minutes I was there.

Dr. Rowan's office is a bit weird. On-line form completion, but they can't access the forms, so doing it twice? Photo's of patients to avoid fraud? Why don't all Dr's do this? New laptop for post visit follow-up notes, ended up getting more attention than my child who was waiting to be examined. Glad the new toy is making this Dr. happy. Would be nice if he spent as much time focused on the patient.

I have hadloss of hearing since I was young, many painful ear surgeries and they have been traumatic.As an adult, I have been leary about seeing a specialist no matter how bad it hurts, but this DOC is A +++PLUS.I don't mind scheduling follow up appointments because I know he will take the time to listen to me and actually get me on an antibiotic that will work not that ZPAC crap they give at CVS minute clinic.
