I do not have a problem with Dr. Chow. But the lack of communication and difficulty in making an appointment/getting a test result is maddening. Every time that you call you are put into a cue Where are you have to select options on your keypad. But you never get to a human being. I have been Doctor Chow's patient for about 20 years and have never experienced anything but friendliness, attentiveness, knowledge, insight and quality training. any reviewer who says otherwise, either has an ulterior motive or some issue in his own makeup and level of expectation.

My son has been trying to speak with someone in regards to aftercare, as the original problem still persists. No one offered a follow-up appointment. Today is Monday, he has been told, since last Wednesday, that someone would be calling him in a refill of an antibiotic and would be calling him back. He calls at least twice a day, no call back - no prescription refill. Probably the worst care we have ever received from any doctor's office. Sub-par, at best.

Dr. Chow is very arrogant, pompous, dismissive and uninterested in my questions and concerns. Would not recommend him if you want a caring Dr. Performed surgery on my kidney stone. Told me and my son that all went well. And just a few weeks later I have to have it again, At Penn this time . Shocking and unethical.
