I have been a patient at SJRA for many years now. I always have a good experience there. Staff is always friendly, kind, and respectful. This time (1/11/22) was the only time I’ve been kept waiting for a test. I'm sure it was due to an emergency add-on, so I will not count this against them. They are mostly on time with their scheduled tests.

Poor customer service. Was discriminated against and felt very welcomed. My medical history is private and I should not be forced to show a security guard my medical documentations. I wasn’t even allowed to provide my documentation to a medical professional. I was ultimately forced to miss my appointment.

The employee's were wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful! The Ultra sound technician Lauren was so kind and she explained everything before she did it. Would not hesitate to use this facility again!!

I’ve been to this location in the past, the staff is always pleasant and efficient and I usually get taken back at my appointment times which is always a nice surprise.

Went for MRI and x-rays. The whole staff is very pleasant and my appointment was at 6:20 p.m.! Love the people at the Route 73, Voorhees office. My 'go to' place where I can count on expert and professional work.

First time at this particular location. I couldn’t find my prescription for my X-ray and they gave me their fax number to have my dr fax it. There was no delay in taking me back. The technician was thorough in asking questions and quick doing my X-rays. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
