Went to a Dr.. Maisel-Miller today for an annual checkup for family primary medicine. Was a previous patient of Dr. Picciano and had moved out of the area and returned briefly in the past few months. I have never, ever been treated in a more unprofessional manner from any doctor in my lifetime! She showed no empathy, compassion and completely refused to fill any medications that were required. At one point she was shouting at me when I asked her a question and picked herself up and said she was not interested in treating me at all and proceeded to walk out of the office! Shocking, unprofessional behavior. The Ripa center used to be a great medical practice foe women. Things have really apparently gone downhill! Very sad to see. I would like to add that reception, nursing,and patient services were outstanding !

Doctors always run behind schedule have you sit there an hour past your schedule appointment. Every time I come into cooper now further along onto my pregnancy it has just been awful. They said I have to get this shot for my pregnancy and it's important but yet they still have me waiting around when I left work 2 hours early to fit their schedule. At this point I could have left work at my schedule time and probably still be waiting. Ridiculous!

Did not allow me to bring my husband or any appointments or my 6 week old son to my checkup appointment. Absolutely disgraceful and lack of compassion and humanity at this center.

I highly recommend this office. All the doctors and nurses I have been to exceeded my expectations. The front desk is also really nice.

ive seen dr williams for both of my pregnancies. she is by far the BEST ob there is. i have never left an appointment unsure about any questions. she takes the time to really cover all bases & have never once felt rushed. ive asked a million questions from my first pregnancy & she always answered them with a smile. i absolutely LOVE the RIPA center & will continue to tell family & friends about dr williams & this place as a whole

My trust was ruined by Mary Steen during my last visit at the OBGYN. She was extremely submissive to my questions and did not provide me with concrete advice and next steps for what I am dealing with. She made me and multiple of my friends and family members feel that we are not in good hands. She rushes visits and is unkind. I will not be seeing her again and neither will anyone I know.
