Dr. Smith and Charlie were AMAZING!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left, they were the absolute best. Charlie greeted us in the waiting room and made us feel so welcomed. Dr. Smith and Charlie were so nice and explained everything to my daughter which made her feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a hand injury. Again, absolute best!!!

Dr. Smith was extremely caring and considerate of my problem. I didn't feel like I was being rushed and he took the time to explain everything. I was able to obtain an appointment the same day that I called so many thanks to the office staff for making this happen. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone need specialty orthopedic care.

Dr. William came in with a beautiful smile, explained very clearly to me what the X-ray showed. He said I had 2 choices to be treated. Pills or needles. I chose the needle. I felt Relief in my hand within 4 hours, I can actually use my hand now. No more pain 😊👏🏾

My son needed a cast on his hand. The office got us in same day and the treatment he received is above and beyond. Definitely would recommend Dr Smith and his office.

Arrive prior to my appointed time. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and processed me quickly. Charlie directed me to the exam room and asked questions concerning medications and the issue which brought me to the office today. Charlie was very attentive and had a very upbeat personality. Dr. William Smith listened to my explanation of the "injury" to my hand, and gave very detailed and thorough explanation of the injury. He also took time to give very understandable answers to my questions about the potential for full recovery and "what if" scenarios. I am extremely please with my entire first visit experience with all personnel that I came in contact with at Reconstructive Orthopedics. Thank you.

Dr. Smith has been knowledgeable about my hand issues and has listened to my concerns. He has done surgery on my hand a year ago and I trust him to repair other fingers if needed. He does not rush to the surgical option but tries to solve the issue medically. I am very pleased with the care I have, and continue to receive from him and his team.
