I’m just leaving the Arthritis Knee Pain Center for my fifth and last injection. My knee feels so much better (98% better)! My knee was bone on bone and after the first injection I felt a major difference. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and they were my second opinion! If you have a knee issue check them out. I'm telling you they are the truth! Arthritis Knee Pain Center is one of the few that uses a imaging machine while during the injection. And the doctor (Dr Alex Stock MD) is so easy to talk to and explain everything so thoroughly and understandable. The staff upfront and throughout the office are great. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

i am a new patient there , at the moment i am having mixed thoughts about this place and their treatment , i am told i have arthritis and started a injection treatment , i had first injection and when i showed up to my second scheduled appointment they said they did not have anyone available to preform the procedure , i drove from jersey city over 1 hour drive , the person in the front desk did not show a care and i have not been contacted for a reschedule, something is not right about this place

Terrible experience….waited for appointment for terrible knee pain. Had to go onto iPad in their office to fill out 20 pages of new patient info. Was treated very well by one of people behind desk to complete iPad info. Next I was told to go in to a room. New person came in never identified themself. She spoke as she could care less. I asked if she was doctor, she said no but go into next room for X-ray of knees. Long story short after waiting to see doctor was told DOCTOR CALLED OUT TODAY! I expected to see a doctor! I should have been called. Now I see in a review 6 days ago doctor retired! The worst healthcare and lack of communication ever!

Stay away from this office. I'm a retired dentist, and I know how a well run practice operates. This place is production centered, not patient centered. I went for an initial exam. They take X-rays, tell you what's wrong, tell you to schedule injections and how much it will cost, make an appointment, and shove you out the door. There's never an opportunity to ask questions about anything. The day of the procedure they texted to cancel the appointment (no phone call), and never contacted me to reschedule (I wasn't going anyway). I've never felt more like just a number.

Anyone know what is going on here? Strangely, they NO LONGER HAVE A DOCTOR on staff. The doctor, who has been treating my mother, retired and they have not replaced him. My mom continues to get treatment there and it concerns me that there is no doctor associated with the facility despite his name appearing on the sign and advertising materials. Very O D D.
