I've been a patient of Dr. Rittberg's for about 7 years now and she has been nothing but helpful, understanding, and compassionate. She has supported me through some of the most challenging times in my life and is a very thorough and trustworthy physician. I recommend any of my family members/friends to go to her. She puts you at ease and I would not go to anyone else for care!

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE......Confirmed with office staff MULTIPLE TIMES what insurance I had. Long story short, the first time they sent me right to their "on site" lab thru quest diagnostics, and had my work done. When I came back for follow up, and one more test, the nurse said oh with your insurance you need to go to labcorp not quest. (they made me carry my urine cup with me and take it to labcorp) I mentioned last time I had the bloodwork done on site. With a confused look, I didnt get any help and went to labcorp. Now here I am months later, with a 2700 quest diagnostic bill in collections. When I called to let them know about THEIR mistake, the office's answer was that once I am in the room inside their office, it is Quest Diagnostics and no longer affiliated with them?!?! What lol.....they put me in the room, they knew my insurance, they made the mistake and now I am in this situation....joke

She doesn't perform the particular care I was seeking, but that wasn't explained to me ahead of time, so I took off from work and came in for the appt (which I scheduled several weeks in advance). After waiting around and getting screened by the nurse, she came in and told me that she can't help me. She was rude to me and blamed me for booking the appt with the wrong person. I asked if I could use the appt with her for a general physical instead, because I have other health concerns/questions, but she wouldn't repurpose the visit and required me to come back another day. She was rude, abrupt, uncaring and said she didn't want to waste her time. The front desk was unable to refund my copay without requesting reimbursement from billing dept, so who knows if I'll ever get my money back after wasting my morning for nothing. This was not the first time I've felt disregarded and disrespected there. Go somewhere else.

I recently went to Dr Rittberg for a check up appt and I have never received such poor care by any Dr. anywhere. My appt last less than 10 minutes. Just long enough to get my scripts for various tests I need (ie blood work, mammogram, DEXA scan, xray) After these tests were completed I never received the results of my blood work, mammo or dexa scan and had to call the various places that these tests were done. I would recommend that if you were considering this Dr for your own care, look elsewhere best all you will get from this health care professional is aggrevated.
