The customer service at this office is amazing. Anytime I call or a staff member calls me, they always have the upmost respect and are so sweet. This is rare nowadays at doctor offices. Dr. Rivera at first can come off a bit guarded but once you have a conversation then she’s a nice woman. No complaints so far.

Dr Rivera is cold and uncaring. It may be time for her to stop doing this.

Dr. Rivera is an absolutely AMAZING doctor. I am incredibly grateful that my son has been in her care for over 14 years- since she diagnosed his cardiac issue while I was pregnant and he has thrived under her care ever since. She is very caring about her patients. I have consulted her many times over the years (often during stressful health situations) and she is extremely responsive. I trust her 100%. Jane in reception is awesome- she is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend Dr. Rivera.

We have been going to Dr. Rivera for 10 years. The office manager Jayne is experienced, personable, and dependable. She provides excellent customer service and will be your main contact when calling the office or arriving for a visit. Dr. Rivera is incredibly knowledgeable, skillful and thorough. She has accurately analyzed and detected our child’s cardiac strengths and weaknesses. When there have been emergencies, she has been available at any hour of the day or night. We love their dedication and are grateful to have them care for our child.

Our daughter’s cardiologist since she was in the NICU. Very friendly and calm. Answers our questions and explains her thought process and our plan moving forward with my daughter’s care. Always a pleasure.

Absolutely awful. Rude and no bed side manners whatsoever. Accused me of over exaggerating my 'anxiety' because my heart arrhymthmia and palpitations did not show up on my initial readings. After wearing a 24 hour heart monitor it revealed the true issue which was that I had premature ventricular contractions. Avoid at all costs.

Dr Rivera was my doctor from 2 days old til probably 16 or 17 years old. I am now 27 and my family and I will always be grateful for her! She was always very professional and thorough. Not to mention she is also bilingual, I'm a little sad I grew out of pediatrics because I'd still go to her if I could. I highly recommend her.

I would never recommend this office or doctor to anyone. She has no bedside manner, delivered devastating news about our child without concern. Sent us back into the waiting room full of people after delivering the news while we sat there stunned and upset. I don't know how this woman works with children.

This has to be one of the worst doctors with one of the worst bedside manners. I don't know how she still has a practice.

I am very disappointed , I Brought my kid to visit Dr Rivera . I feel she didn’t provide enough information on what possibilities were going on . She was quick to suggest a monitor overnight . I would have had no problem with this if I felt there was a worry. I was not informed that this is $1000 day . I was told that I signed the paperwork in the beginning so they can charge anything.bill for one day was 711.82 after insur. would have been nice to be informed.
