Simply the best! From my first appointment to my 3 month follow-up. Everyone in the practice is so amazing. Dr. Karolak explained my procedure thoroughly and was always available for my questions. So happy I made this decision and went to the best surgeon!

Dr Karolak and his staff are the best of the best. No need to look any farther.Not only is Dr Karolak an extremely skilled surgeon he is so caring and I’ve never received better care form a doctor. I chose to drive from NC to NJ to have a neck lift, face lift, upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty from Dr. Karolak. Not only do I marvel at the completely natural results every single day, I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from Dr. Karolak and his office staff. From my very first consultation, through pre-surgical guidance, through surgery day, two-week recovery, and follow-up -- I felt like I was in experienced and caring hands. If I had to do it all over (though I won't need to!), I would choose Dr. Karolak and his team again. He is a true artist and his staff provide impeccable, compassionate care.

Dr. Karolak is the best. He has perfected the deep plane facelift & neck lift. His office staff is professional and friendly. The office/surgery center is impeccable. I could not have asked for better results. It was a difficult decision for me and not one I took lightly. After MUCH research I chose Dr. Karolak and I am so happy that I did.

In roughly 2020, I called to schedule a consultation with Dr.Karolak because I suffer with bad acne scars. I was told that he was no longer offering these treatments. I asked why then is there so much in depth information about it on his website. The response was "we know we're going to be redoing it". I was disappointed but I understood. I continued my search but then ended up facing some obstacles that made me put a pause on being treated for my scars. Finally, after about 2 years, I was able to resume my search for a doctor that could help and again I came across Dr. Karolak. I looked at the website and again I saw the same promising approaches to treating acne scars. I thought maybe, when I had called 2 years prior, they just had put a pause on these treatments because of Covid. However, that was not the case. I again was told "Dr. Karolak no longer treats acne scars". Trying to find somebody close to where I live, and not in another state, is not easy. Acne scars need to be treated using several modalities and Dr.Karolak's website still continues to state, after 2 years, that he provides these services. Please fix your website and remove this information. It gives people like me, who suffer emotionally everyday, false hope. I know I was told right away on the phone, but it's still such a let down. It wouldn't be difficult to remove this segment from the site or at the very least add a disclaimer stating these treatments are no longer available. I saw that you could add the testimonial and picture of Delores Catania but still have not removed the available acne scar treatments. I just hope you take my review into consideration and stop falsely advertising procedures you do not provide.

I was about to turn 60 and was not happy with what I was seeing in the mirror, I was feeling really...OLD. It made me so sad because mentally I felt young. My sister had recommended Dr. Karolak, (though she hasn't had her procedure yet), so I started following him on Instagram, reading reviews etc., so I thought why not just go for a consult. I was initially going for upper and lower eye, and then thought, if you're gonna do that you may as well, go for the facelift too, lol. Let me say that from the minute I walked in and everything that followed has been an absolute pleasure. I was never pressured and was given VERY detailed information about what to expect if I decided to have the procedure's done. The staff is top notch, the BEST, and let's not forget about the GIFTED star himself...Dr. Karolak, he is the MOST caring, and compassionate Dr. I've met. I'm at about my 10 week post op and I could not be more thrilled with my results, I don't look pulled back in any way and I honestly just look naturally younger, I have no words that can express the gratitude I feel. Dr. Karolak, you gave me my confidence and self-esteem back, I feel and look like my younger self. THANK YOU seems so small compared to what I feel in my heart. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Dr. Karolak and his staff are absolutely amazing! I followed Dr. Karolak for two years before I decided schedule my procedure. From the moment you walk into his office you will feel completely comfortable and at ease. I am five weeks post procedure and the results I see in the mirror are already beyond any expectations I may have had at the start of this journey. My experience throughout this entire process was incredible and I am beyond happy that I chose Dr. Karolak as my physician.
