Theodore Ende's Online Review Report Card

I called to book an appointment as a new patient.... David picked up the phone sounding so tired with bad energy and vibes. As i talk on, i realised how rude he was and he even ended the call on me in the middle of me giving the information he requested.

The office has always been very professional and courteous to me.Anytime I have called I get quick and helpful service or an appointment as soon as they can give me one.I have been s patient of Dr Endes almost from when he first started...he always took the time to explain and share any information he had on what I ask.Thank you for being so great.

I have had nothing but good experiences with him and his office . I would recommend him any one .

After 30+ years. I am going to find a new doctor. Not sure if meridian is the problem or just that the office doesn't care about long term patients. The service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and choose a doctor who cares.

I read and heard great things about Ende so i called to schedule my first appoinment. I was very disappointed in the way Belinda talked to me. I have anxiety to begin with and between her tone and hanging up on me when i said i needed to call back because i did not have my card in front of me i had just decided to search for another doctor because i did not want to call back and have to speak with her again. I understand how stressful the desk can be and i get it but that is no way to talk to a possible new patient.

Dr Ende is thorough with his exams and goes the extra mile. He follows up with text messages and phone calls. He recommends other professionals as needed and follows up on those appointments and procedures. I had an eye problem that many eye doctors have evaluated over several years without success. Dr Ende then recommended Dr Edison who did the surgery. Dr Ende called Dr Edison to discuss my history. My eye is fine now. We all need professionals every now and then. There is none better than Dr Theodore Ende of Waretown, NJ

I called to try to schedule an appointment for a new patient was completely blown away by the way the staff treated me in the phone. SHE hung up on me. I did not even get to explain what I was making the appointment for. Never have I seen such a staff work in such an unprofessional and degrading in a medical office. All I can say is wow.

Don't know why everyone blames Belinda, I would not want to have her job. Always very through and competent. Great and caring doctor and staff.

I've already recommended him to family and friends. My medical history is very complicated. He's always listened and researched and explained my choices. He has conferenced with my other docs for the best outcomes.
