Amanda R. Francis's Online Review Report Card

After 7 months postpartum i still think of how amazing Dr Amanda was to me. She’s patient, pays attention and ask questions. Even if she has lot of patients Dr Amanda took her time with me.

I booked an appointment 1 month in advance and had a confirmation but when I got to my appointment, they didn't have my name in their system. Had to go to a different doctor.

This was a tough choice, Dr. Francis was great when I saw her....the rest of the office staff is completely unprofessional and disorgazined (RWJBH Warren, NJ). My very first appointment with them and the doors were locked. As I walked to different offices in the shared space, I was told no one was inside yet. Luckily as I was heading back to my car, someone was unlocking the front door. As I came in with the staff member she shouted that I had an appointment and the receptionist said we do not have anyone until 9, my appointment was for 8:30, so I pulled up the reminder in my phone and read it to the receptionist, and miraculousy she goes oh, Tia. I said yeah....Tia. Anywho, visit went exceptionally well with Dr. Francis and we came up with a game plan. In 3 months, I would follow up with her. Called to set up the follow up, and they had no record of my last visit and told me to contact my Gyn Onc....why do I need to see my Gyn Onc for a follow up on something that isn't cancer related, that was discussed with a doctor at their facility? So I told them what Dr. Francis and I discussed and what the follow up was for and was told I would need to speak to a nurse before I could schedule a follow up with Dr. Francis. Do you know they did not have a nurse call me until over a week later?!?!? As someone with some scary medical history they lost me as a patient. I do not have time to play with my health because you are incompetent.

She is the next gen Chris cullens. She should be stripped from her license and sent to jail immidately. The fact she isn’t in jail is astonishing. She tried to kill my pregnant wife and our unborn baby. Not telling her she would be coming in for a blood test they made her go in by her self not allowing me in the room. My wife told me she told them she hasn’t eaten and they proceeded to take 13 viles of blood forcing my wife to pass out. When I found out she passed out by some nurse I ran back there to find only 1 nurse help my unconscious wife. Karma will come for Amanda Frances swiftly.

Dr. Francis was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I loved the way she addressed my issue with menopause and resolved it!! I'm appalled by the review about the Dr. circumcising a baby, it clearly shows this is a vendetta against her because only Pediatricians are allowed to conduct circumcisions on a baby. Thanks to her I'm feeling great! I highly recommend Dr. Francis!!!

Horrible Doctor , I waited 1 months and 2 weeks for a Ultrasound to make sure I was pregnant , she told me she wasn't going to do it because it wasn't necessary I'll never going back to that office , horrible communication wasting people time ! If you going to work with patients do a better Job , Don't work as a doctor just to do it , Make sure you like and love your job.....

The worst OBGYN I’ve ever seen. I’m 27, I’m an easy patient. Our first initial visit felt extremely uncomfortable after she tried to force birth control on me after I told her I didn’t want it multiple times but I figured I would go back as I have Medicare and not many doctors in the area accept it. The last visit I had two weeks ago has me besides myself. She was unbelievably rude, was obvious she could care less about any problems I was experiencing. I was there for a annual visit and she never did a vaginal exam which I thought was very strange. She sat and talked to me for 2 min while she typed on her keyboard, checked my breast for a min and was out. I get my bloodwork, reach out to the office 5 times to see what my results were at this point it’s been 2 weeks and the results were in my chart. I’m not a doctor I can’t read blood results. 4 phone calls and no call back from her or anything. Go back on my chart to see if I can diagnose myself - I start reading the notes she wrote during my appointment. She documented she did a vaginal exam when she in fact did not. This whole two week experience with her office has been nothing but unprofessional. Dr Francis - you should find another career. I would be embarrass to continuing practicing with how horrible you make your patients feel.

Reading reviews some of the people had left made me feel awful. This doctor practically saved my and my baby’s lives. While I was in delivery room I had multiple people coming in but no one leaving. You can only imagine how I, soon-to-be-mom, felt when there is clearly an issue but no one knew what to do. Then Dr. Francis came in and solved the issue within minutes and my baby and I were ok. She is not rude-she just says things like they are, which is what I like about anyone ESPECIALLY my doctor (my results came back bad and she told me to get ready for insulin prescription even though another doctor was taking weeks to come up with the same answer I got from doctor Francis). Waiting for some people seem to be an issue, well, any other doctor would make you wait as well. In fact, the longer the wait the more you can be sure that people are coming to see THIS doctor and not anyone else. In my view, more people coming, the better the doctor. Her staff is very nice and extremely polite. It’s a shame that those with positive experience rarely leave reviews (it’s a fact) and those with a little inconvenience tend to write paragraphs. I’m only leaving this review because I forgot her phone number and as I was looking it up noticed review before mine. She is an awesome doctor and I would be recommending her to everyone I know that is in need of obgyn.

Horrible person and even worse staff. The rude incompetent receptionist just sends you to voicemail. This doctor Took 13 viles of blood from my pregnant fiancé and made her faint and didn’t even check on her or the baby after. This doctor also pushes getting the vaccine in 2022 probably because she’s paid to do so. They give you fake numbers that are out of service and this doctor and the unprofessional rude receptionist shouldn’t be anywhere near healthcare.
