Just want everyone to know Dr. McCracken is one of the best Spine Surgeon ever know. He should be respected for being respectful to his patients and give them the best understanding about their situation, He have work miracles on my spine. I was in one of the worst situations ever couldn’t stand up straight I walking around like an old lady. All bent over. After him doing surgery on my back. I am able to walking standing straight with no pain I feel Brand New. By the grace of God to work through him to help me.

Worst attention ever and lack of professionalism and empathy from staff. I had a follow up appointment very early in the morning and when I arrived they told me I had to bring the CD rom with the results of my MRI for the doctor to see me. No one told me I had to buy the CD with the results!!, so this doctor, who received the results directly from the lab via email, did not agree to see me without the CD room. What is wrong with this people!. They are just Mediocre, insensitive and careless. Don’t waste your time here!! Secretary and staff never answer the phone, never responds messages and they don’t care!

I had a very pleasant experience in Dr. McCracken's office from registering to the actual doctor visit. The staff was very professional and friendl, Dr McCraken explained everything he takes the time to explain everything to you so that you understand exactly, what's going on with my health issue

I had a very pleasant experience in Dr. McCracken's office from registering to the actual doctor visit. I was attended to at the time I was scheduled in a very pleasant clean office environment. Once I met with Dr. McCracken our conversation was a 2-way interaction. He listened patiently to my questions and concerns and explained well the seriousness of what we saw on the CT scan and X-Rays. He then made recommendations as to how to proceed toward recovery based on the illustrations and physical examination of my fracture condition. Again, he encouraged questions and responded with easily understandable answers and explanations. I left the office uplifted believing that I now understood my condition and the journey I need to take toward recovery. MANY THANKS!

Dr. McCracken is the best doctor my husband has ever seen. He is genuinely kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He takes time with each appointment to discuss and inform us as to what the plan is. After 2 prior opinions from other orthopedics surgeons, Dr. McCracken not only provided relief from years of back pain and sciatica through surgery, but has also shed insight into other health issues my husband is dealing with. We can genuinely say that meeting Dr. McCracken has been a life changing experience for my husband and our whole family. If you are in need of an orthopedic surgeon, look no further!
