I have been trying to get in touch with my daughters doctor, anyone in the office really- to refill her necessary prescription. She has now been without it for multiple days in a row and still no one will answer or help me from this office. I am repulsed by the lack of care for their patients.

I have never felt more comfortable with any primary doctor before Dr. DiCola. She takes as much time as needed for an office visit and is very thorough. The office staff is always helpful and very responsive. Use of the MyChart Portal is great, when asking a simple question, looking for test results or obtaining a referral or doctor letter.

In the past couple of years I have had only issues with this office. They sent me paperwork for a different patient in the mail, they sent me a different patient diagnose and a referral to a urologist and the patient medical records. The other patient was a male and the name was not close to mine. A week later I went into the office and gave them what they sent me and told them they sent the wrong info. They took the other patient paper work and gave me some other set of papers. I took it and sat down in the waiting room, when I look at what they gave me, it was yet another patient papers. OMG! I made an apt to get my blood work done, I went to LabCorp early in the morning and had to leave cause the office did not send the Blood work request to the Lab nor did they mail it to me. I called the office to settle things and they had me schedule to see the doctor on the wrong day. Man it just keeps going..... each time i deal with this office there is an issue. I am not going there in 2022.

Dr. Dicola promised to call in a prescription for me yesterday. I have a UTI and am in a ton of pain. She didn't. Left a msg with office in hopes they'd get it this morning and call it in by noon. They didn't. Called two more times. Spoke with someone who assured me my message was given to Dr. Dicola, but she doesn't know when she'll get around to it. "It's possible it may not even be today". I'm sorry, but how hard is it to take 3 minute (if that) to call in a script you promised a patient the day before? She even told me she knew it'd be "torture" to wait so she'd do it right away. Well. It still is torture and nobody at that office seems to care at all. I can't believe something so simple is being dragged out this long at the patient's expense. Meanwhile, I suffer.

Dr. Dicola was amazing! It's been a very long time since I have found a doctor that listened and gave great advice. Her staff is awesome, they are so sweet. I wish I had found her sooner.
