Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Online Review Report Card

I came to this emergency room the other day at 11:00am.  I did not leave until 8:39 pm. I realize sicker patients will be seen first but this was rediculous.  I am a diabetic and had nothing to eat for nine hours.  Thank god my wife had some hard candy.  The gentlemen filling the vending machine took his time.  Well over an hour.  I couldn't even buy a snack at the vending machine.  The employees were walking around like they were confused and really didn't give a dam.  I felt as if I were bothering them.

This evil demonic hospital tortured my family member by experimenting on her and giving medication they knew she was allergic to. Also she swelled up like a balloon because they stopped her congestive heart medication on purpose. They humiliated her and her family at the end of her life offering no privacy or dignity. They lie , lie , lie. Doctors and Nurses are cold and nasty. One Doctor taunted me that my family member was going to die. What hospital does this?. New Jersey state protect them with immunity laws. They should be closed and Doctors and Nurses responsible put in jail. Hospital system also released family members records to public. Violating Hippa laws. Everyone reaps what they sow and they will reap.

Every time you go there you can't find a competent person to draw blood or start an IV. Save yourself pain and suffering and go somewhere else.

If I could give this hospital zero Stars I would... I told myself I'd never come back to this hospital, I had the worst experience ever delivering my son here they let my son leave the hospital with the security band on and the alarm didn't even go off and they didn't even check my band to see if I was his mother....when I called the hospital they offered me a couple months worth of diapers and formula as if that was going to make it right that my son could have been taken by somebody else from the hospital. & Now, after giving this hospital a second chance 13 years later...I've been in the waiting room for 4 hours with appendix pain throwing up blood. While I was waiting a man had a stroke while he was waiting. I can't tell you how many times the nurses told me I was next or 20 more minutes. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy to this hospital. Seriously disgraceful!  If you would like to make it out of the waiting room alive I suggest going to another hospital.

Poor care. No compassion. Doctors lie and scheme. Experiment on people. Highly unprofessional. If you love someone do not take them there. Zero stars. 2 family members lost in their poor care.

This ER is truly a nightmare. First, there were no signs reminding ER visitors to social distance. Chairs were not spread apart and visitors were sitting less than 6 feet apart. There were NO sanitizer stations anywhere. Visitors brought family members with them and that was fine with the staff. Staff members had their masks on below their nose. All of this is just NOT ACCEPTABLE during a pandemic.

My question to you is, can you spell disgraceful?Oops, I guess I just spelled that word for you but the way this administration treats visitors of patients is absolutely DISGRACEFUL!! I went to visit a member of my church on a Sunday at noon. I parked in their visitor's garage, walked a long way to the main entrance, only to see a sign that said you must enter through the emergency room only on Sundays and that the main entrance won't be open until Monday. This is disgraceful!Thankfully I am young and mobile but many of the patients inside the hospital are elderly and so are their family members and friends. It is a Sunday which is a good day to visit people in the hospital and yet this hospital believes they can't keep their main entrance open. Frugal? Cheap? No the word really is disgraceful and that is regarding those who run this hospital.The bonus once you get inside the hospital is you see all sorts of garbage and crap in the hallways as you go to visit patients' rooms. It looked like somebody's tool closet as I exited off of the elevator on the third floor. None of it looked clean and it looked extremely messy. Does this reflect the cleanliness of the entire hospital? Again the word is disgraceful.Now, I'm not commenting about the nursing staff, the doctors, nor the medical techs because it appears they are good caring people. The security guards were friendly too and they said that yes everybody complains about this entrance situation but it's beyond their pay grade.

Every person was rude. I had a child getting images done that was cleary nervous and he was treated terribly. I would never recommend!

Considering the type of employees they have working there... it explains a lot on how trash this hospital is. If this is the type of people you hire you don't even deserve to be in business. Do a better job in hiring your staff and perhaps you would get such terrible reviews on so many platforms.

So this is not our first experience with this hospital, and sadly it won't be our last. My son has a weak immune system, which means he's constantly sick... on top of that he has asthma, which is what brought us in this morning. The moment we walked in, greeted but a smiling receptionist and taken immediately back to the emergency section. The first doctor had to deal with a severely upset 3 year old but was pretty good. It was the peds doctor that was really patient and the RNs she had with her were also excellent! We had to get a chest x ray, and even that was quick and done professionally with an unhappy child. We've yet to have a bad experience, and when I write this review I feel that this hospital was very unappreciated by past reviewers. But they are awesome!
