Disappointment at not being able to actually call the office and talk to someone; I do not need a call back, I am setting aside time in my busy days. I expect a doctor would also communicate all necessary steps a patient needs.

I went to Dr. Carla Erickson with my hair loss situation and I am really disappointed because she never pulled on my hair to see how easily it comes out and also never took a sample of my scalp for biopsy. Did not order blood test for hormonal changes either. Says I have seborric dermatitis, but did not take a sample of my scalp. Extremely disappointed!!!

I Saw Dr Erickson today for the first time. She is one of the best Dr’s I have ever seen. So very kind, thoughtful, educated and generous with her time. For once going to the Dr was a pleasure and I left feeling hopeful and well informed on procedures moving forward.
