I have been a patient of Dr. Paterno's for almost 20 years, she always takes the time to thoughly listen and never rushes you. She prioritizes her the patients well being.

Dr. Paterno is an excellent physical. She takes her time with each patient listening to his or her concerns. She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Paterno is very caring & dedicated to her patients. She does only work three days a week, but I believe this is because she did have some serious medical issues in the past. I can tell you she called me on her day off with blood work results & spent over 30 mins on the phone with me going over them. She always been very kind, never rude or condescending as mentioned in other reviews. There are other doctors there that have not been so nice, but I can't say enough good things about Dr. Paterno

This was the second time seeing this provider. She did not even remember me from the previous time. She has absolutely NO compassion for people with daily struggles and chronic pain from fibromyalgia. She kept stating that they have policies, etc. I never been treated so cold and poorly by a health care provider in my entire life. I would never recommend this practice or this provider to anyone. I left the office sobbing in tears and feeling worse than when I went into the office. This is not a provider who is capable of lowering herself from her elevated pedestal to relate to the average person with pain, who is dealing with tremendous personal and financial struggles. This is what health care has become in our great country!

Dr.Paterno has been my physician for many years and she is an excellent Doctor. She is very thorough and her bedside is the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Paterno!

I've been with Dr. Paterno for over 16yrs I will not go to anyone else she always takes the time to explain all that is going on all meds and I trust her completely in fact every year I make sure my insurance covers her or I will change insurances as for the support staff they really do need help they have a bad attitude and always seem like they are bothered by you making appointment
