Dr. Sheppard is a wonderful doctor. He makes you feel at ease, never rushed, and he also takes the time to explain the treatment plan. He’s the best podiatrist around. Mistakenly, I took my son somewhere else - big mistake they even misdiagnosed something as simple as an ingrown toe nail. The office staff is very professional and helpful.

Dr Sheppard is not only professional and an amazing podiatrist, but he also has a great manner that puts you at ease. You never feel rushed. The office staff is warm and welcoming too. So happy to have found him and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have a bump on my achilles that Dr. Sheppard told me is untreatable achilles tendonitis. I later learned from other doctors that it IS very treatable. Also if you ask about bills, record your conversation. I was told by this office that insurance is covering everything, including an unnecessary x-ray (because I had the same photos from a clinic the week prior). Then over a year later, I get a surprise medical bill including said x-ray.

Dr. Sheppard has taken care of my feet for probably over 25 years! I have had 2 ganglion cysts removed when I was much younger and now he takes good care of my old- lady feet! He is very skilled and the nicest doctor ever! I recommend him all the time!

I saw Dr Sheppard for a consultation. He took his time to explain an eventual surgery and answered all my questions very clearly. He looks experienced and caring. I came out of his office with a better perspective on my surgery.
