For many years I held off getting a steroid injection for my lumbar spine due to being nervous. Finally saw Dr. Bandola and he eased my nerves, explained every step he was doing during the procedure. Procedure was a breeze. What a friendly and very professional man.

Literally the only doctor that has ever taken the time to LISTEN to me. My previous doctor was planning to do a procedure that, it turns out, would not have helped. Dr. Bandola, on the other hand, took the time to properly diagnose. Now, after 6 months of miserable pain (before I went to see him), I am feeling great. He actually talked to me like a person, which is rare these days. Highly recommended! Also, special thanks to his office staff, they always made me feel welcome, were quick to get the pre-auth from insurance, and just overall so professional. Update: 3 weeks after procedure, I feel like I have my life back. Of course, every patient and case is different, but Dr B gives an effort that few other doctors bother with these days.

If I was going to explain every positive aspect of my interaction with Dr Bandola and his staff member Terri I would have to type a few paragraphs. If you’re on the fence with going to pain management just make the appointment and don’t let another day go by in pain. Dr. Bandola is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains everything in detail and is very thorough. His team is very easy going and helpful. They are kind, accommodating and very helpful. All doctors' offices should be this well-run. For a change, visiting the doctor wasn't a nightmare!
