I waited for the appointment around 2 months, he didn’t even spend 3 minutes in the evaluation or ask any questions about my concerns in regards to my sons scalp which by the way was bleeding from scratching so much and he said that was not too bad. Just gave a RX, he’s not better at all.

He is quite nasty and very hard to understand. Unfortunately they overbook too much I found a doctor closer to home that doesn't over book and has time to talk to you calmly and not rush you and rush you out !

worst staff ever honestly, my prescription was never sent out, i went to the pharmacy twice nothing was ever sent there, when you call no one ever answers and when you leave a voicemail no one ever gets back to you, they really don’t care …

They book so many appointments because he is a very good Dr. so because of that there's always a wait but it's so worth it. He gets in and gets what he needs to send to the lab before sitting with you and talking about things that might not even apply to you.

The high levels of incompetence of the office staff do not deserve a single star. They seem to be unable to receive faxes and when questioned resort to misdirection and outright lies, claiming they have called my doctors office - they have not. Nor did they call me back as promised.
