Someone please teach front office how to answer the phones .. not making an apt here bc of the lack of professionalism .. i call and front answers “hi how are you” i wasn’t sure if i was calling a friend or a doctors office ? Front is also clueless when it comes to insurance questions i felt like they had no idea what they were doing on the phone can’t even answer simple questions on how to go about making an apt as a new patient

I have been seeing Dr. Chang for over ten years. Her breadth of knowledge extends to understanding your whole body, your medical conditions and your prescriptions. She'll look things up, while you're there. Waits are almost always short. Her front desk people are friendly. And she has a sense of humor! I have many highly competent specialists; Dr.Chang stands alone--one patient created a plaque to honor her.

Dr. Cindy Chang is the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. She gives the highest quality care that you can ever receive, getting to the root of your problem, ruling out any inconsequential causes, and doing what needs to be done in order to fix the issue. Aside from doing what she is supposed to do as a doctor, she truly cares about her patients. I've been going to her for more than a year now for a series of allergy shots. She and her staff are the friendliest people, and can make a doctor's visit the highlight of your day with how positive and uplifting they are. Even the office does not feel like the usual dreary doctor's office. It is bright and cheery, and impeccably clean.Who the heck ever says that they look forward to going to the doctor? You will after you visit Dr. Chang! Going to doctors, making phone calls to them, and dealing with insurance companies can be a huge stress. Dr. Chang and her staff lift that weight off of your shoulders. The only shame is that she is only my Allergist. I wish she could be my doctor for everything! You will NOT be disappointed with her services. She is Top Notch!

i was having a very severe allergic reaction and waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before she finally saw me. when she did, she refused to test me or even inspect the allergic reaction and was more worried about her tea not being made correctly than the hives that were rapidly multiplying all over my body. i will NEVER go back to this doctor.
