Do not see this doctor! My 5 year has issues sleeping and he has been grinding his teeth for thr last 2 weeks. Our dentist referred to us him and I pulled him out of school, took a day off to see him and we were 5 minutes late due to the massive office complex and juggling my 2 year old and he refused to see us! He highly unsympathetic and unprofessional, he made the lady at the front desk waste ten minutes explaining why he couldn’t see us! DO NOT GO to him. I just informed the dentist if the rude experience and I’m letting my husband know too who is also a doctor about this rude wnd obnoxious person!

I made an appointment for my 3yr old son for Dr Scher on a Monday for 1:50. The individual I made the appointment with was very nice took all of my insurance information and confirmed the appointment. When I got to the appointment at a few minutes before 1:50 the receptionist told me I had to reschedule because I needed to be there 15 minutes early, which I was never told. I asked her if we could still see the doctor as I have an infant and a 3yr told and drive 30 minutes to get here and she shrugged rudely and said too bad. I have no idea if this doctor is any good but I do know I’ve never been turned away from an appointment for not arriving 15 minutes early therefore I won’t be going back.
