Dr. Masella is great! He answers all your questions. He tells you exactly what’s going on and what he plans on doing. I’ve had two surgeries with him. Both times with no problems! Thank You Very Much Dr. Masella.

Dr Massella handled my trauma surgery through the hospital ER. Could not have been blessed with a better doctor with amazing bedside manner. He is so thorough with answering all my questions and has compassion for his patients. I could not recommend him enough.

Dr.Masella is a god sent. He treats you with such passion for what he does and he is extremely calm and explained all my questions and my surgery was a great success. He has a great bedside manor as well. My husband Carlos also had surgery by Dr.Masella and I have to say he recovered in weeks from the surgery . We are extremely happy and blessed to have found such a great Orthopedic Suregeon. God bless him!

Worst Doctor ever. All he did was push and probe my sons arms , and this was after he was told dont it hurts. He was given about 300 pages of medical records which he didnt bother reviewing. He starts assuming and making decisions which I told him he is wrong because if he bothered reading the medicall records and not interupting he wouldve better assested the situation. All he did was interupt and talk above me at a very high speed. I literally said are you done and walked out.Update after seeing this doctor another doctor did MRI and new surgery and fixed my son's shoulder and son is pain free!!!!!!!!! Thank God for second opinions!!!

He is a professional who knows what he is doing. He performed surgery on my son who had a dislocated shoulder, explained to us what were the pros and cons of either with or without surgery in a way we understood. He took his time answering all our questions and never rushed us during our office visits. I got the sense that he really does love his profession and is really doing it to help his patients not like some other doctors that I know who are only concerned about the volume of patients and that's it. Quality of care is excellent , speaking as a critical care nurse/management. His office employees were polite and caring just like Dr. Masella. My son is back to his physical activities without complications i.e infection or pain etc...I totally recommend him for any mothers looking for an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. He is in the same group as Dr. Cox who is also a great doctor hands down. I am glad I found him for my son. Thank you doc!

I am a professional guitarist who hit a tree on an ATV breaking 8 bones. I was flown to St Joseph's trauma center in Patterson, NJ. I was forced to cancel close to 100 concerts due to my serious injuries. I never thought I would be able to perform at the level I did before my accident. Dr Masella performed four surgeries on my right arm within 5 months. I am thrilled to say I am back performing across the globe, feeling better than ever. A big thank you to Dr. Masella and his team. Wonderful and caring people.

Dr. MASELLA is professional and down to earth. He speaks to you so you understand what hes saying. He doesnt rush into surgery.He sent me to PT and my knee has never felt better. I highly recommend him!! His office staff is very nice also.

Dr. Masella treated me for a broken ankle with torn ligaments. As an athlete, I was extremely nervous with selecting a physician but I can assure you that you're in good hands. Dr. Masella is thorough and very honest in his discussions. I had tons of questions throughout the process and he was happy to answer them all. I highly recommend Dr. Masella to anyone seeking orthopaedic care.
