Don't bother - not professional. We were given a recommendation to see Dr. Julie so waited two months for an appt with him. The day we arrived we were told he was not in, and someone else would see my wife. The new doctor said if you don't like me you can wait another four months for an appt with Dr Julie. Totally unprofessional.

I've gone to Valley Medical Group (Dr. Julie) 3 times in the past 2 months. The experience was always very good. The workers were not only efficient but were pleasant to everyone. They acted like they really liked their jobs and it showed up in the way they treated people.

Dr. Julie is an amazing doctor. He is patient and knowledgeable. He has help my heart tremendously. He is definitely worth the hour drive for me.

I can give Dr. Julie million stars. But not his staff. I keep calling every 2 weeks since October 2017 to book an appointment. I did ask to be call back if something opens or if they will have a calendar for 2018. On December 1st.2017 i did received an automated phone call. So i called back on December 4, to schedule my appointment. One of the staff member said to me "Please disregard our phone call". So i decided to call back today. Today i was advise that next available appointment is January 25th, 2018. But not only that - i was reminded that they called and i never responded. NO WAY. I did responded but i was told something else. I WILL NEVER CALL OR GO TO DR. JULIE OR HIS STUFF ANYMORE, EVEN HE WOULD BE THE LAST DOCTOR ON EARTH. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do NOT go to this practice! On my first visit last year I waited over an hour and a half to be seen (by a different doctor) and he was apologetic, stating this never happens, emergency that day, etc... Totally understandable. Went back today for a follow up and again waited over an hour in the exam room to be seen. Perhaps the dr. was busy, but I wouldn't know as no one on staff checked in on me, or let me know the dr. was running behind.

Been going to Dr. Julie for 8 years. He is the only doctor I have who will take the time to explain things in details, answer any questions and spend whatever time he needs, despite the fact that he has a very busy practice. All that and he's a very nice guy as well - excellent bedside manner.
