Doctor can be fine. But we never been meet before getting appointment. Office workers who answered the phone call she was soo rude. I am asking” what insurance accepting in your location “ she doesn’t wanna answer. In front desk person must be help patient not giving hard time. Rude person never meet before like this.

waste of money and health if you are looking for a health issue that has to be addressed soon, do yourself a favor & please find a doctor who cares for you not just the money. Highly disappointed

Bad experience, the doctor did not send the medicines to the pharmacy as discussed during the visit and 10 phone call follow up with his staff. the staff never calls back to inform what was the issue and then lied about medicine being sent to the pharmacy, Sadly, it was another wasted trip as when I reached the pharmacy they said they have not received any medicines/prescription sent by Dr. Aydin.All talk and no show fit the bill for this office & the doctor

Have been a patient of Dr. Aydin for 7 years to date. Couldn’t be happier. Had been searching for a great general practitioner for a while and my search has been over. Dr. Aydin is an excellent doctor and very thorough in his check ups. So happy to have found him and Dr. Kucuk.

I really loved visiting this office in the past, Dr Aydin has been my Dr for years, but as of late I've noticed changes with the office. I've been calling the office to try to get in to see the Dr but was told 2 days in a row to go to urgent care. I have nothing against urgent care offices, but I'm sick and just want to see my Dr, which has never been a problem being squeezed in in the past, but to now be told to go to urgent care in stead is just upsetting. I feel the personal touch and family setting is just gone and it's rather cold feel and handleing of a pateint by the receptionist does not sit well with me. I'm sure she is just doing the job she was told to do....but either way unfortunately this is no longer the office for me. I will be requesting my medical records to go a Dr. that my husband has recommended and who also agreed to see me today.

Yes the best Dr he's very blunt tells you how it is he's very caring and compassionate and always a phone call away treated my mom him and his partner are amazing they cared for her up to the very end when everyone else didn't believe she would make it they fought for her and she made it another couple of years before passing I trust them with my life he's been my Dr since I was 18 and an noe turning 32
